Shamsu Bibi is a 28-year-old TikTok star, also known as Ayesha Gilamana. She had nearly 1.3 million followers on TikTok. She was allegedly lured from her home through a phone call and was traveling via car, accompanied by her 15-year-old sister Asmiya Bibi and brother Nematullah, when motorcycle-borne attackers opened fire on their car, due to which they met with an accident, leaving her teenage sister seriously injured and Ayesha herself ki*led in Taxila on August 14, the information released in an FIR filed by her father, Fazal. -Via Dawn
Fazal Sahibzada, Bibi’s father, said in the complaint that the incident occurred on Aug, 14. He said her daughter received a call on her phone from a man he identified as Kashif alias “Kashi,” who told her to immediately come outside of their house.
Bibi, her 15-year-old sister Aseema and brother Naimatullah left the house in their car. Shortly afterwards, Sahibzada said he got to know Bibi had been shot dead while his other daughter had been injured severely.
Sahibzada said when he arrived at THQ Hospital Taxila her daughter was already dead. He identified Bibi’s body in the mortuary. Naimatullah told him that two unidentified men aged between 30-35 years had fired shots at their car from a motorcycle near a petrol pump. The bullets struck Bibi on the neck and killed her on the spot. The firing also caused the car to veer out of control and smash into another vehicle, injuring Aseema. arabnews
It has been reported that the girl had some financial dealings going on with two people, and they were also calling to threaten her constantly. An FIR has been registered by her father against those people. Investigations are ongoing with Ayesha’s social media accounts, and calls are also being examined to determine who was involved.
The police have received the post-mortem report of the victim, and the body was handed over to the family. They have promised a thorough investigation and justice to be delivered in this case.
